Q: How do I request a trainer?

A: Please email trainer@globaltefl.uk.com. Our academic team will assign a trainer for you. Once you receive your trainer´s information you can contact him/her anytime.

Q: How often can I contact my trainer?

A: You can contact your trainer anytime Monday to Friday.

Q: How long does my trainer have to respond?

A: Trainers have 5 days to respond not including weekends. However, they will endeavour to respond much sooner.
