Job Description

The Global English Teaching Academy is looking for enthusiastic EFL teachers to join its educational projects across Austria. In this role, you’ll teach English using an innovative, communicative approach designed to motivate, engage, and inspire students.

You’ll teach up to 29 teaching units per week across different projects, work closely with your Project Lead to ensure consistent delivery of immersive English programmes, and travel between campus and project locations. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate project paperwork and following administrative procedures.

The ideal candidate is a native-level English speaker with a TEFL qualification and a genuine passion for working with children. Experience in communicative language teaching and working with young learners is important. Experience in summer camps or sports coaching is an advantage.

Successful candidates must complete a mandatory training period of 2–4 weeks before the contract begins.

Location: Various locations across Austria.
Experience: Minimum of 200 hours of classroom experience.

Salary: From €1,800 gross per month, based on qualifications and relevant experience, for a 30-hour-per-week contract
